Poshan didn't begin as a business idea—it began as a need to protect our family's health from the increasing adulteration in everyday food. When we realized that pure, chemical-free oil was disappearing from the market, we decided to make our own—exactly the way we want it at home.

We use traditional wood-pressed / cold-pressed techniques, extracting oil at low temperatures to preserve natural nutrients, aroma, and purity. Our seeds come directly from farmers in Rajasthan, where many regions naturally grow crops without fertilizers. This ensures true, uncompromised quality.

Our promise is simple:
No adulteration. No shortcuts. Only purity.

We started with oil, and will soon bring multigrain flour, spices, and other daily essentials—all prepared through traditional, natural methods.

पोषण की शुरुआत एक बिज़नेस से नहीं, बल्कि अपने परिवार की सेहत बचाने के संकल्प से हुई। बाजार में मिलावट और केमिकल से भरे तेलों ने हमें महसूस करवाया कि शुद्धता अब दुर्लभ है—इसलिए हमने खुद शुद्ध तेल बनाना शुरू किया।

हम परंपरागत वुड-प्रेस/कोल्ड-प्रेस टेक्निक से कम तापमान पर तेल निकालते हैं, ताकि हर बूंद में प्राकृतिक स्वाद और पोषक तत्व बरकरार रहें। हमारे बीज सीधे राजस्थान के उन किसानों से आते हैं जहां फर्टिलाइज़र का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाता—यही हमारी असली गुणवत्ता का आधार है।

हमारा उद्देश्य सरल है:
नो मिलावट, नो शॉर्टकट—सिर्फ शुद्धता।

तेल से शुरुआत की है, लेकिन जल्द ही हम मल्टी ग्रेन आटा और मसाले भी उसी पारंपरिक तरीके से उपलब्ध कराएँगे।
