At Poshan Eat Pure, we are committed to delivering fresh, authentic and high-quality cold-pressed oils and organic jaggery. Since our products are consumable, we follow a strict but customer-friendly return and exchange process.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
  • Defective or Damaged Product (Unopened Only): Visible defects such as foreign particles in oil, unusual colour changes, leakage, broken seal, or damaged packaging.

Note: Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos are required of:
    • The product
    • The defect or damage
    • Outer packaging and invoice
  • Product must be completely unopened with the original seal intact.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Courier delays after dispatch
  • Natural sedimentation in oils (normal characteristic of cold-pressed oils)

4. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds, except in rare situations:

  • Product out of stock after payment
  • Payment deducted but order not created
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Replacement Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable) or customer may need to ship the item back.
  • After inspection, replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
